For CPA & accounting firms

You've outsourced before. You ended up reviewing every line.

That's the version that doesn't work. Ours is the same reviewed team every month, working under your firm's name to your standards, so your review is a second pass instead of a first. Your clients stay yours, in writing.

Reviewed before it reaches you

What we take off your team's plate

01

Ongoing full-cycle bookkeeping

Monthly books end to end: transaction coding, AP/AR, payroll journals, reconciliations, and a close your reviewer can sign off on. Delivered in your workflow — your file structure, your review checklist, your deadlines.

02

Cleanups and rebuilds

The client who arrives in October with three years of chaos. We rebuild the file — untangling miscodings, clearing suspense, reconciling every account — and hand back books you can actually prepare a return from. The field guide shows what that looks like.

03

Busy-season overflow and close support

Extra hands from January through April without a temp-hire gamble. We take the bookkeeping and reconciliation load so your staff stays on review and the client work that needs a license.

04

Industry-specific work your generalists avoid

WIP schedules, trust three-ways, deferred revenue, settlement-posted e-commerce books. The verticals we run for direct clients, we run for yours — under your name.

Diligence, invited

The part you actually want to verify

Meet the people first. Before you commit a single file, you talk to the accountants who'll work it — credentials, method, sample workpapers, references. We'd rather be checked out than taken on faith, and firms that vet us hardest stay longest.

The no-poach line. We will never solicit, serve directly, or accept your clients. It's a written term of every firm engagement, and it's permanent.

How engagement works. White-label by default — your letterhead, your client relationships, our production. Fixed monthly pricing per client file, scoped after we see the file, so you can mark up predictably. Communication runs through your team unless you decide otherwise.

Security and access. Client data stays in your systems where possible — we work inside your QBO, your document portal, your practice-management stack, with access you grant and can revoke. Details in our privacy policy.

Next step

Start with one file.

Give us your messiest client, not your easiest. If we're any good, that's where it shows. Thirty minutes to scope it, a fixed quote after we see the file.
